We are sorry you have damaged products.  It is your responsibility to inspect the products on delivery and make sure there is no damage to the product or any food bags have been opened. 

Once you sign for the product, it is deemed that the product was delivered in a good condition and can not be returned as a damaged on delivery order. 

If a product has been delivered to you and you notice that the product has been damaged by the courier, you should refuse to accept the product from the courier and immediately contact us on hello@zuki.co.za. We will take the matter up with the courier and send you a replacement product
